How to TP when you have general RLV restrictions

    • Save a land mark of the cell you are in. And call it something you remember.,
    • Detach the SL /MSM Cuffs,
    • Go to where you want,
    • To come back click on the land mark you first made to return into the cell you were in.,
    • Attach the SL /MSM Cuffs
